We only process the data needed to reply to inquiries, prepare proposals and manage reservation requests. We do not sell personal data or use a reservation to charge you.

Data we receive
Name, email, message, postal code, selected products, basic browser technical data and anything else you choose to share.
Reservation requests
We use your data to identify the selection, check availability, prepare a final price and coordinate possible delivery. Ferced Labs does not receive card details or process payments.
Consent and recipients
We request consent before submission. We may use hosting and email providers solely to operate the site and reply; some may process data in other jurisdictions under their own safeguards.
Retention
We keep a request while handling it and afterwards only as needed for the commercial relationship, security or legal compliance. You may request deletion where applicable.
Your data rights
Argentine Law 25,326 allows you to request access, correction, updating or deletion. Email contacto@ferced.com; you may complain to the AAIP if the response is insufficient.
